Executive Summary
Judd has repeatedly touted election misinformation on social media about the results of the 2020 election, and she was present at a January 6, 2021, ”Stop the Steal” rally in Washington, DC. In the days prior to January 6th, Judd shared a post urging God to guide then-Vice President Pence to unilaterally reject the results of the 2020 Presidential Election.
In 2022, after refusing to certify the results of the midterm elections to protest the results in Maricopa County, Judd was ordered by a judge to certify the results.
She also voted to require a hand count of the ballots but later abandoned those efforts after a court ruled against them. These efforts to delay certification were opposed by the county attorney, who refused to represent Judd and another County Supervisor in court, saying that the were acting illegally.
